Willow Brooke, like any other apartment complex, routinely changes out their locks and keys for security reasons. Mine were, but I got home after office hours and was essentially locked out of my apartment. Resulting in me having to hire a locksmith to get inside for the night. I met with the Staff (Kaylee and Toni) the following day and they had a high level of professionalism and understanding. They agreed to help pay for the locksmith. For them to take full ownership of the issue and address it with professionalism, I still give them 5 stars. P.s. I also made a maintenance request online through the website and that issue was fixed with 48 hours.

Great place staff is exceptional, very accommodating, old building but has charm, needs some upgrading like the cabinets and the pantry closure but overall it's a great location, noise level is very tolerable grounds are well kept, parking is superb, I feel very safe here .

I have lived here for 6 months, and I must say Toni is awesome to be living under. She is there to help you in any way she can and i am lucky to have her as management. i WAS GOING THROUGH A RATHER VERY DIFFICULT PERSONAL situation a couple months ago and she was there to listen, and work with me. Not all companies are that heartfelt and yet she was. I am very happy here at Willow Brooke, I lived in my own home for 17 years and was afraid to live in an apartment- but i am glad i chose willow Brooke. i would recommend this apartment to others.

So far I like all the changes being made. Keep up the good work
